About Me
Hi, I'm Page.

Asking for help can be scary; whatever you are facing is welcome and does not need to be faced alone.
I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and have expertise in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other body-centered approaches. These methods offer relief and lasting change for symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma (both big and small), complex PTSD, grief, addiction, and codependency.
While some people may start to feel relief in the first few sessions, deeper trauma processing and habit change often require more time, with meaningful progress typically seen after 12-16 sessions.
Currently, I’m pursuing a Ph.D. in Somatic Psychology, with a focus on practices that bring a sense of embodiment and wholeness to those at the end of life. Whether you're living with a terminal illness, navigating the aging process, or seeking comfort in the face of death, I'd love to support you on this journey.
I believe that the strength of the relationship we build in therapy can ripple out, creating healing that extends far beyond our sessions and into your relationships and daily life. One of the most important factors in successful therapy is how well we "click." In order to grow, you need to feel safe enough to take risks and be vulnerable.
Together, we’ll work to reconnect you with your authentic self and help you reclaim your power in the present.
Why Psychotherapy?
It can help with
Addiction
I can help you explore the roots of your addictions and help you find tools to reduce your dependence on things that no longer serve who you are becoming. I am comfortable and experienced in working within 12-step and harm-reduction frameworks.
Trauma
Traumatic memories can be processed in small, manageable pieces, allowing the body to heal without feeling overwhelmed.
Grief
Having lost someone close to me from cancer, I feel prepared to guide you through the confusing and conflicting experience of grief. I will help shine a light for you, so you can attend to these feelings effectively as you recover from loss.
LGBTQ+/Sexuality
I will work with you to nourish and support your authenticity and self-acceptance.
Attachment
I believe attachment begins at the moment of your conception. Together, let's explore the roots of how you feel within relationships and help you build a more secure attachment within yourself so that you can feel more secure in relation to people in your life.
Depression and Anxiety
Are depression and/or anxiety inhibiting your life? I can facilitate you in reducing these symptoms so you can feel more like yourself.
